Thiếu OXY trong máu có nguy hiểm không?

Thiếu oxy trong máu là một trong những tình trạng bệnh lý phức tạp ở người. Vậy thiếu oxy trong máu nguy hiểm hay không? Nguyên nhân, triệu chứng và cách khắc phục tình trạng thiếu oxy trong máu như thế nào? Hãy tìm hiểu qua bài viết sau đây của chúng tôi.

1.Thiếu oxy trong máu là gì?

“Thiếu oxy trong máu” là một thuật ngữ dùng để chỉ lượng oxy trong máu thấp hơn nhiều so với mức bình thường, đặc biệt là trong các động mạch.

Thông thường, lượng oxy trong máu ở mức trung bình nằm trong khoảng từ 75 – 100 mmHg. Nếu dưới mức 60 mmHg là do bạn đang thiếu oxy trong máu. Đối với độ bão hòa oxy trong máu, nếu ở mức bình thường có thể sẽ nằm trong khoảng từ 95% đến 100%. Còn dưới 90% là ở mức thấp sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng thiếu oxy trong máu.

2.Nguyên nhân gây ra tình trạng này

Có rất nhiều nguyên nhân dẫn đến tình trạng thiếu oxy trong máu khiến cơ thể không được khỏe mạnh, cụ thể:

  • Do rối loạn tuần hoàn tại chỗ hay toàn thân

Trong trường hợp bị giảm huyết áp động mạch hay giảm cung lượng máu tới tổ chức đều có thể dẫn đến tình trạng thiếu oxy để thở và khi thiếu oxy trong máu sẽ dẫn đến suy tim, mất máu nhiều, sốc…

  • Do “shunt” tĩnh mạch – động mạch

Nếu một phần máu của tĩnh mạch không được trao đổi khí vào động mạch. Sẽ có thể làm giảm độ bão hòa oxy máu động mạch, hay còn được gọi là “shunt”.

Một số “shunt” bệnh lý thường gặp bao gồm: Các chỗ bệnh tim bẩm sinh (thông liên nhĩ, thông liên thất…), các vùng phổi không được lưu thông khí (xẹp phổi, viêm phổi…), thông phồng động mạch…

  • Do bệnh lý của huyết cầu tố

Tình trạng thiếu oxy trong máu có thể làm giảm số lượng hồng cầu trong máu và lượng huyết cầu tố. Gây ảnh hưởng đến quá trình vận chuyển oxy tổ chức. Nguyên nhân chủ yếu là do rối loạn tổng hợp huyết cầu tố bình thường làm xuất hiện các huyết cầu tố bệnh lý. Và làm thay đổi hoàn toàn chức năng vận chuyển oxy của hồng cầu.

  • Do bị nhiễm độc CO

Tình trạng này thường xuất hiện khi nồng độ khí CO có trong khí thở tăng ở các trường hợp lao động ở nhà máy có khí than chưa được đốt cháy hoàn toàn. Đặc biệt, nồng độ khí CO chỉ cần đạt từ 0,1% đến 0,2% là đã có thể gây ra nhiễm độc cấp. Nếu như hít thở khí CO nồng độ thấp 0,05% trong thời gian dài sẽ có thể gây ra tình trạng nhiễm độc mãn cùng với các triệu chứng rối loạn thần kinh kéo dài.

  • Ngoài ra còn một số nguyên nhân gây thiếu oxy trong máu khác như :

+ Do tắc nghẽn đường hô hấp do đờm, dãi, dịch, dị vật…

+ Do hạn chế hoạt động của lồng ngực như: Chấn thương lồng ngực, các tình trạng viêm nhiễm…

+ Do sử dụng quá nhiều các chất kích thích như rượu, bia, thuốc lá…

+ Do suy giảm chức năng của các hệ thống thần kinh có tham gia quá trình hô hấp.

3.Triệu chứng của tình trạng thiếu oxy

  • Đau đầu: Triệu chứng đầu tiên dễ nhận biết nhất của tình trạng thiếu oxy trong máu đó chính là đau đầu. Bạn sẽ có cảm giác đầu bị nặng trịch. Nhất là những lúc phải di chuyển, mới ngủ dậy hoặc phải suy nghĩ nhiều.
  • Hoa mắt chóng mặt: Người bị thiếu oxy trong máu thường hay gặp phải triệu chứng chóng mặt và mất thăng bằng, mặc dù đang ngồi yên một chỗ. Ngoài ra, bạn còn cảm thấy bị hoa mắt và ù tai kể cả khi bạn đang ở nơi yên tĩnh và không có gió. Nếu tình trạng này kéo dài, rất có thể sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng suy giảm trí nhớ.
  • Mất ngủ thường xuyên: Khi thiếu oxy trong máu, bạn sẽ hay gặp phải các vấn đề về giấc ngủ ví dụ như hay gặp ác mộng, tỉnh giấc vào giữa đêm, ngủ bị chập chờn…
  • Các vấn đề về hô hấp: Bạn thường xuyên cảm thấy khó thở, ho, khò khè và thở nhanh
  • Màu da thay đổi rõ rệt.

4.Cách khắc phục, điều trị đối với tình trạng thiếu nồng độ oxy máu

Để có một sức khỏe tốt, cũng như khắc phục được tình trạng thiếu oxy trong máu, bạn đọc cần lưu ý như sau:

– Tập thể dục thường xuyên, nên chọn những bài tập nhẹ nhàng, không quá sức

– Tuyệt đối không được sử dụng các chất kích thích hoặc thuốc lá. Tránh hít phải mùi thuốc lá bởi khói thuốc có thể gây tổn thương phổi và khiến tình trạng của bạn nặng hơn.

– Giữ chế độ ăn hợp lý, đầy đủ. Tránh sử dụng quá nhiều dầu mỡ, đồ chiên xào, ăn nhiều rau củ quả.

– Cần tuân thủ sự chỉ dẫn của bác sĩ, uống thuốc đều đặn mỗi ngày.
