Các nguyên tắc pha thuốc xông khí dung

  • Dung dịch giãn phế quản để bệnh nhân dễ thở hơn cho trường hợp hen suyễn, bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mãn tính, viêm phế quản cấp, co thắt khí quản
  • Dung dịch chứa corticoid hoặc kết hợp thêm kháng sinh nếu xuất hiện bội nhiễm cho người bị viêm xoang, viêm họng dị ứng hay viêm mũi triệu chứng hắt hơi, sổ – nghẹt mũi, ho.
  • Dung dịch tác dụng loãng đờm cho bệnh nhân viêm phổi có đờm
  • Với trẻ em bị viêm phế quản do đờm thì nên dùng khí dung dạng nước muối với công dụng làm giảm ho, loãng đờm
  • Bệnh cảm cúm, ngạt mũi, khó thở. Được khuyên dùng dung dịch khí dung có chưa các loại tinh dầu bạc hà, tía tô, khuynh diệp,… Để thông mũi họng giảm cảm giác khó thở.

2.Cách pha dung dịch khí dung đúng kĩ thuật

1.Cách pha dung dịch xông chưa pha

Nếu thuốc chưa được pha sẵn. Cách pha chế thuốc xông mũi họng sẽ cần tuân theo hướng dẫn và chỉ định của bác sĩ

– Bước 1. Sử dụng ống tiêm đã được khử trùng để lấy nước muối 0.9% theo đúng liều lượng chỉ định từ bác sĩ và cho vào cốc đựng thuốc.

– Bước 2: tiếp tục sử dụng ống tiêm hoặc ống nhỏ giọt để lấy dung dịch lấy thuốc được kê đơn bởi bác sĩ và cho và ống đựng sẵn nước muối sinh lý. Lưu ý lấy đúng liều lượng thuốc để thuốc pha xong không quá đặc hoặc không quá loãng.

2.Cách pha dung dịch xông đã pha sẵn

– Với dung dịch thuốc đã pha sẵn, bạn sẽ không cần phải pha thêm nước muối sinh lý mà sử dụng luôn ống tiêm để lấy thuốc theo chỉ đinh của bác sĩ và cho vào cốc đựng

– Nhiều trường hợp bác sĩ kê đơn thuốc xông khí dung được đựng sẵn trong ống hoặc tép. Với liều lượng chuẩn đã định sẵn. Cho mỗi lần dùng thì bạn chỉ cần đổ thuốc từ ống hoặc tép và cốc là có thể sử dụng được luôn.

3.Tuân thủ các nguyên tắc khi pha thuốc xông khí dung

Một vài nguyên tắc chung cần thuân thủ để thực hiện cách pha thuốc xông mũi họng đúng và an toàn như sau:

– Đảm bảo luôn rửa tay sạch sẽ với xà phòng sát khuẩn trước khi chuẩn bị dung dịch khí dung

– Liều lượng pha thuốc cần tuân theo đúng chỉ dịnh của bác sĩ

– Đảm bảo dung dịch khí dung không quá ít dưới mức tối thiểu hoặc không vượt qua mức tối đa của cốc đựng thuốc. Tránh tình trạng máy không thoát khí hoặc thuốc bị tràn ra ngoài

– Tuyệt đối không tự ý sử dụng hay pha trộn các loại thuốc khí dung. Mà không có ý kiến từ bác sĩ vì rát dễ gây nguy hiểm đến sức khoẻ

– Có tác dụng phụ cần liên hệ gấp với chuyên gia bác sĩ
