Cách đo huyết áp bằng Omron JPN600 cơ bản

Bước 2: Quấn vòng bít quanh bắp tay, mép cuối vòng bít phải cách khuỷu tay khoảng 1 – 2cm, ống dẫn khí phải nằm chính giữa mặt trong cánh tay.
Bước 3: Dán miếng dính để cố định vòng bít.
Bước 4: Ấn phím START/STOP, vòng bít sẽ bắt đầu bơm hơi tự động.
Bước 5: Khi quá trình đo kết thúc, vòng bít sẽ ngừng bơm và tự động nhả hơi. Bạn chờ cho vòng bít nhả hơi hết thì tháo vòng ra và đọc kết quả đo trên màn hình. Kết quả đo gồm 2 giá trị là huyết áp tâm thu và huyết áp tâm trương. Huyết áp tâm thu từ 135mmHg và huyết áp tâm trương từ 85mmHg trở lên thì tức là huyết áp cao.
Bước 6: Bấm START/STOP lần nữa nếu muốn tắt máy.
Lưu ý: Trong quá trình đo, nếu nhịp tim không đều hoặc bạn cử động người sẽ ảnh hưởng đến độ chính xác của kết quả đo. Lúc này, máy sẽ báo cho bạn bằng biểu tượng trái tim hoặc hình người.
